Founded in 2001, the company transformed from a local engineering company to an international products provider for various marine equipment such as IG, N2, boilers, P/V valves and compressors equipment onboard vessels. In the last few years, GIANTECH has grown from strength to strength to become a life-cycle solution provider to help ship-owners maintain their equipment over the life-time of their vessels.

We are the official representatives of renowned makers such as Air Products AS, Kyma, Atlas Incinerators, Pres-Vac, Geopal Alarm Systems, Sunflame, Gertsen & Olufsen (G&O) and DemisterAsia. We have also formerly represented Kangrim (IGG & Boilers) and Kashiwa (IGG) as their authorised service agents.
With our Headquarters in Singapore, we pride ourselves in providing the fastest and most accurate response. Working with our partners, we always strive to provide the best price and delivery lead time for our shipowners and ship managers worldwide. Our products include genuine, OEM or quality, compatible spare parts for different marine equipment.

We started with Boilers & Burners, Incinerators and Inert Gas Systems and have now moved to many other equipment types and brands. Of course, should you require anything that is not in our shop, you can send in an enquiry and we will source it for you!

Our products are either 

  1. Genuine - Genuine spare parts refer to parts that you buy from the same equipment maker or brand that you bought your equipment from
  2. OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spare parts refer to parts that are produced and sold by actual manufacturers  that  develop and create the  parts you are buying.
  3. Quality Replacement parts (QRP) - QRP are spares that are neither from the equipment maker nor the manufacturer that makes it. They are compatible parts usable for the equipment.

Every item in GTGO is tagged with either of these and  it will be stated explicitly in our quotation with the required specifications. If you have any doubts, please contact us via the chat function or contact us.

Due to the unique nature of the maritime industry, prices are only made available after you have submitted a “Request for Quote” for certain products.

You can submit a “Request for Quote” where the prices will be made available to you! All you have to do is to create an account with us to allow for quick addition of items into your cart to be quoted.

You may do so by creating an account on our homepage under the “Sign Up” Button. Do get ready important information such as your company name, vessel name & IMO number for us to get back to you as quickly and as accurately as we can.

We will get back to you immediately if we can but otherwise, within the next day!

For some products, we/our principal need the vessel name and IMO No. to counter check in the system/record. This is to ensure that the quoted/supplied parts are correct according to the equipment’s model/type installed on board the vessel.

Equipment with the same model/type no. might not have the same spare parts installed depending on the capacity of the equipment and also electrical voltage that could be used on board. We do require this information to prevent any wrong supply.

Once you have made payment and confirmed the items, you can request for a Next-Day delivery before 5pm for domestic deliveries!

For overseas deliveries, an estimated timeline will be provided for you.

Yes, you may do self-collection at our office located at, 18 Boon Lay Way Tradehub 21 #05-133/134.

Domestic shipping charges are calculated based on weight and dimension of the product. It will be automatically calculated on the check-out page for you. All you have to do is click payment!

Overseas shipping charges are calculated based on freight charges which are volatile due to the current pandemic. Therefore, it will be calculated via real-time. It will be updated on your “Request for Quote” or sales invoices once the order is confirmed.

You can make payment via cashier cheque, Cash on Delivery, PayNow, bank transfer or via TT Remittance.

No return of spare/items are allowed if the items supplied are according to spec./part no. as per initial “Request for Quote”.

GTGO will not hold any responsibility for damage of items during transportation, mishandling or installation. We have always pride ourselves in doing a quality check to make sure all parts are in good condition and are packed in sea/air worthy conditions before the package leaves our premises.

If the item is faulty/not in working condition, you can send back the item to us for investigation. If the fault is due to a factory/manufacturing fault, we will do a 1 to 1 exchange.
